Healthy day

So far so good :).

Breakfast: Aloe gel 60ml, semi skimmed milk, crunchy nut & a boiled egg.

Morning break: banana & a plum.

Lunch: I've made tuna pasta salad with low fat mayo :). Fruit salad (grapes, blueberries & strawberries). Frube yogurt.

Afternoon break: quavers anf viscount biscuit.

Dinner (bit naughty): Aloe gel 60ml. Chicken pot pie.

Aiming to drink 2.5+ litres of water today
