Its such a natural response that when we hear or think healthy, we are quick to assume little food. Healthy eating and dieting are two diiferent things. Healthy eating is a balanced diet, in which you maintain weight and enhance your health. With dieting however, focus is put more on decreasing calories to allow weight loss.
Healthy eating can be very tasty and pleasing too. Just chamge your habits, and soon enough healthy eating will just become a norm.
